I’m Jordan, a professional wedding and engagement photographer, and a complete Paris enthusiast. It is, to my mind, the most romantic city there is, and I never tire of photographing couples here. My style blends natural, candid moments with a few beautifully styled portraits, so you come away with photos that feel like you rather than posed.

Planning from home is easy, and on the day I know not just the iconic landmarks but the quieter corners of the city I love. Whether it is a surprise proposal, an engagement shoot or a pre-wedding session in Paris, we will find the light and the spots that suit you.

The Engagement Shoot

An hour or two, just the two of you

The Eiffel Tower draws couples from all over the world, and for good reason, it makes an unforgettable backdrop for your engagement photos. We will start there and then wander, finding the light and the little corners of the city along the way.

With fifteen years behind the camera, my job is to keep it relaxed and fun. No stiff posing, just gentle guidance so you both feel at ease and the photos look like you. An engagement shoot in Paris is a lovely way to spend a morning together.

The whole city is your backdrop

In Paris you are spoilt for choice. From the Tuileries Gardens and Pont Alexandre III to Notre Dame, the Palais Royal and the Louvre, every corner offers a beautiful spot for your engagement photos. We can plan a route around the places that mean the most to you, or simply wander and see where the light takes us.

Planning to pop the question?

Paris is made for proposals, and capturing the moment she says yes is one of my favourite things to do. We will plan it quietly in advance, I will be nearby but out of sight, ready to catch the surprise, the happy tears and the celebration straight after.

Then, once the news has sunk in, we can carry on into a relaxed engagement shoot around the city so you have beautiful photos of the whole occasion, not just the big question.

If you dream of marrying somewhere truly special, with just the people who matter most around you, Paris is hard to beat. A micro wedding in the city gives you all the romance of a Paris celebration without the scale of a big day.

I will photograph it the way I do everything, gently and from the edges, so you are free to be in the moment. Just the two of you and the city, captured honestly and beautifully.

The Engagement Package

Your Paris Shoot.

From £700

Two hours minimum

A relaxed engagement, proposal or pre-wedding shoot across the city, planned around you and photographed with a light, natural, documentary touch so it feels like the two of you rather than a set of poses.

  • A pre-shoot consultation, face to face or over Skype, to plan your locations
  • A minimum two-hour session at the spots you love best
  • Every image hand-edited in my signature light, natural style
  • Between 200 and 300 finished photographs
  • A private online gallery within three to four weeks, downloadable in full resolution and mobile sizes, no watermarks
  • Full print rights, so you can print and share freely

Good to Know

A few things
couples ask

What should we wear?
Wear something you feel wonderful in. Outfits that move well photograph beautifully in Paris, and a change of look partway through is always an option. I am happy to talk it through beforehand.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for popular dates and the quieter early-morning light. That said, do ask even at short notice, as I can sometimes fit shoots in around other bookings.
Can we visit more than one location?
Yes. Within a two-hour session we can usually cover two or three nearby spots, for example the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero and the Tuileries. We will plan a route that flows well and keeps the light on our side.
How long is the session?
Sessions start at a minimum of two hours, which is plenty for a relaxed shoot across a couple of locations. If you would like longer, just ask and we can arrange it.
Do you travel outside Paris?
I do. As well as Paris I photograph couples across France and worldwide, so wherever you are headed, get in touch and let’s talk.
Do you help with posing?
Always, gently. I keep the guidance light and natural, so you never feel stiff or awkward. Most couples tell me they were nervous beforehand and then completely relaxed once we got going.
How soon do we get our photos?
Your hand-edited gallery arrives within three to four weeks, delivered online and downloadable in full resolution and mobile-friendly sizes, with no watermarks.
How many photos will we receive?
Between 200 and 300 finished images, each hand-edited in my signature light, natural style.
Do we get print rights?
Yes. You have full print rights and can print, share and enjoy your images however you like.
How much does a Paris shoot cost?
